Creating good looking webforms

/written 4028 days ago/

In the Web Form Factory introduction video, we demonstrated how WFF can add the back-end code to a rudimentary form created using Macromedia Dreamweaver. No images, JavaScript or CSS styling were involved in order to make the video short and easy to understand.

However, when it comes to designing your own form(s), we encourage you, no, in fact, we demand that you go all out. Whether you style your form using JavaScript or CSS or both, rest assured that WFF will be able to handle the resulting HTML file.

Since WFF only analyzes your file and detects HTML inputs within it, all other “objects” such as references to CSS files, JavaScript files and images are ignored. Once you obtain the form back from WFF, all you have to do is, place the file so that the references to the images, css files and JavaScript are restored.

We’ve compiled some additional external references that may help you create Good Looking Web forms below, if you’re interested.

About WFF

This is a weblog about the Web Form Factory (WFF) project and webforms in general.

Web Form Factory is an open source web form generator which automatically creates and binds the backend code for any form it is provided with.

WFF is based on the POG project, another open source code generator
